We are very excited to have been able to start & offer a Scholarship program since 2017, due to our continued support of our Gator Nation and Community Partners!
We currently have 3 $500 Scholarships slated for the 2023-24 School Year!
The Applications will be open April 15th through midnight on May 10th, 2024. Any received after the deadline will NOT be considered. Applicants must be a Senior in Good Standing and Graduating in the Current Academic Year. There is no grade point average restriction or requirement. The Scholarship is to be used at an Accredited College or University, Community College, Trade or Technical School. Funds may be used for any School Need Purpose such as, but not limited to, Books, Computer Items, or Tuitions. Proof of Acceptance will be asked to be confirmed upon disbursement of funds.
A Non-Teaching, NonPTO, Faculty Member will montior and receive the submissions as a confidential un-bias 3rd party. The Applications will be separated and only identified by # of submission when submitted to the PTO Board, less any disqualified submissions. PTO Board Members with any conflict of interest or knowledge of a Graduating Senior will excuse themselves from the review panel. Top 4 selections will be submitted to determine the 3 recipients for the 3rd party monitor to validate and verify. Names of the recipients will be released to the PTO President, Head of High School and Head of School the day of the final Pep Rally for the surprise announcement! Actual payments and certificates will be presented at the awards ceremony prior to Graduation.
